Giving an "F" About Your Heart

These days, our feelings are all over the place. At least, mine are. If this global pandemic doesn’t have you slightly on edge, I’ll just go out on a limb and call you a liar now.

I thought it was beyond time to do something a little different, and after having a talk with one of my good friends, we decided to collaborate. People who work in service oriented fields tend to be empaths, and as most of you already know, empaths feel everything. It’s absolutely vital that we are finding ways to decompress, refocus, and recenter, so that we are able to continue serving those who need it the most.

I’m beyond grateful for the brilliant, accomplished and supportive women I have in my circle, and I am honored that Dr. Whitney Griffin of Rewired Brain Yoga agreed to do this with me. I hope you all enjoy, maybe laugh a little, but hopefully, get something out of this that brings you a little bit of peace.

In the first video, you’ll get a brief introduction to what a sound bath is, how it works, and why this particular singing bowl was chosen. You’ll also get an inside view of how Whitney and I talk to each other (if you’re into that kind of thing). The second video is the sound bath meditation. I separated the two because I know the attention span that I have, and if yours is anything like mine, you need a video that gets straight to the point.

I encourage you to do it along with us!
